Why Should I? Spotlight Kate Baer Why Should I Podcast for Women

“The only way to see what society is holding you back from is to stop holding yourself back.”

Joining the conversation is the very talented writer and poet, Kate Baer.  Kate’s poetry has taken the internet by storm, having been featured in Huffington Post and A Cup of Jo, and her debut book of poetry, What Kind Of Woman, is set to be released Fall 2020.  Her work approaches themes of womanhood, motherhood, and marriage in a way that is simultaneously fresh and vulnerable, articulating a depth of emotion that is difficult for most to communicate.

In this episode Kate shares and discusses three of her poems: “Deleted Sentences”, “Body Back”, and “Nothing Tastes As Good As Skinny Feels”.
