Today’s conversation is with Katie Vail, a West Point graduate, Army Captain, blogger, and mom. For over a decade Katie struggled with dieting and binge eating, but after experiencing tragic loss, she discovered how to be healthy and love again. She shares her incredible story and how she maintains a healthy lifestyle.
